My last days in London

Imagem

This night (octotber, 19) I went to the theater. I had just seem Mamma Mia. It was gorgeous! I laughed and I cried. I didn`t understand every word, but I think that while you watch something like this, the language becomes universal, the music, the song and the body... it`s magic. The story is about a girl, she getting married in a week, but she didn`t know anything about her father. She discovered a mother`s diary and knows that her mother had three boysfriends in the past. The girl invited these three neb to her wedding. When they arrived (all together) her mother has a brea down. A thing like this wasn`t expected by her. Mother has two best friends. When I saw this scene, I immediately recognize my university friends, it`s evident when friends are true. I have six friends, that I met in University. We have a nickname for the group, we call "xoxas" it`s means a hot thing. The story is told with help by Abba songs and this play is very fun and I enjoyed so much. Where? Princ...

London, London Caetano Veloso Composição: Caetano Veloso I'm wandering round and round, nowhere to go I'm lonely in London, London is lovely so I cross the streets without fear Everybody keeps the way clear I know I know no one here to say hello I know they keep the way clear I am lonely in London without fear I'm wandering round and round, nowhere to go While my eyes go looking for flying saucers in the sky (2x) Oh Sunday, Monday, Autumn pass by me And people hurry on so peacefully A group approaches a policeman He seems so pleased to please them It's good at least, to live and I agree He seems so pleased, at least And it's so good to live in peace And Sunday, Monday, years, and I agree While my eyes go looking for flying saucers in the sky (2x) I choose no face to look at, choose no way I just happen to be here, and it's ok Green grass, blue eyes, grey sky (2x) God bless silent pain and happiness I came around to say yes, and I say While my eyes go looking for...

I will visit three European capitals, Edinburgh in Scotland; Paris in France and Rome in Italy. It’s a dream for me, to study English in London and to visit those places. I never give up my dreams. I would study, but I don’t get it, because I think about travelling all the time. Last Saturday, I went to Oxford city to visit a couple of friends. I have know them since 1996. Alberto wrote two books about travel they did, one is about Chile – this trip was made by car. And the other is about Australia. He and Sabrina, his wife, had gone in 1998 to Australia and this book is called ‘Austràlia, das praias ao deserto’. Translate to English it is Australia from beach to desert. He told me about they spent six months there. They began this travel in Sydney and across the desert until Ayers Rock. Before, when they were in Brazil, he created a site in the internet - like a blog. There in Australia, they posted news every week. The most important point for me is that my name is in this book. With...

My favourite song... Broken Strings James Morrison http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aluwpslpygQby Let me hold you for the last time It's the last chance to feel again But you broke me, now I can't feel anything When I love you it's so untrue I can't even convince myself When I'm speaking it's the voice of someone else Oh, it tears me up I tried to hold on but it hurts too much I tried to forgive but it's not enough To make it all okay You can't play our broken strings You can't feel anything That your heart don't want to feel I can't tell you something that ain't real Oh, the truth hurts and lies worse I can't like it anymore And I love you a little less than before Oh, what are we doing? We are turning into dust Playing house in the ruins of us Running back through the fire When there's nothing left to say It's like chasing the very last train When it's too late, too late Oh, it tears me up I tried to hold on but it hurt...
